INVISION AWARDED UNIVERSITY OF IOWA DENTAL SCIENCE BUILDING ADDITION & RENOVATION PROJECT
The University of Iowa has begun the process of building an addition to and renovating their Dental Science Building. The first phase of the project will consist of a 32,700 SF, three-story addition with partial basement. The addition will provide clinical space on the top two levels with collegiate and administrative space on the lower level. A new on-grade clinic entrance will provide more convenient access to patients. The new entrance will have a covered drop off area and will enhance the overall image of the facility. There are two more phases identified after the addition is completed. Phase 2 will entail existing clinic improvements with new operatories and upgrading of interior finishes. Phase 3 will include Research improvements through a complete renovation of the 4th Floor of the North Wing. INVISION is excited to be the architect of record on this unique project.
