Marketing Support Coordinator Actively Seeking

We are currently looking for a marketing support member to work in our studios to assist our Reputation Team with a variety of activities. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and a team player.

You will be responsible for producing marketing materials, stewarding our brand, implementing digital marketing strategy, managing our online presence (social media and website) in support of Marketing and Creative Design Services for INVISION.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and self-starter attitude.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of firm’s practice, clientele and goals for execution of Reputation Team collateral.
  • Maintain Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries for project sheets, resumes, templates and proposal elements.
  • Assist in producing proposal and interview materials.
  • Assist with experiential graphics, when needed.
  • Collaborate with Reputation Team.
  • Schedule and create content (both with studio staff and self-generated) for social media that engages the audience, builds brand awareness and helps the firm maintain a dynamic profile.
  • Help coordinate, promote, and execute community events.
  • Assist with uploads to intranet and internet.
  • Assist with database management.
  • Detail oriented, including superb proofreading and writing skills.


  • Associate Degree (Preferred), Marketing or Communications
  • 1 year (Preferred), Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of effective posting strategies for Social Media

Part-time Administrative Assistant Actively Seeking

INVISION is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (approximately 20 hours per week) to join our Des Moines team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of administrative and professional support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision.

Project Architect, 4-10 years experience Actively Seeking

This position is for a seasoned and motivated project architect with experience working independently, and leading teams.

Description and Details:

  • Responsibilities include a wide range of tasks in the development of projects throughout each project phase across multiple industries and project sizes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A professional degree in Architecture is required
  • Architectural license is preferred or evidence that licensure will be achieved
  • A minimum of 4 years experience
  • Computer and software skills including Revit
  • Experience in the preparation of contract documents, specification coordination and review, consultant and design team leadership, familiarity with building codes, project budgeting and cost analysis is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The successful candidate will possess strong design conceptualization and visualization skills
