Inspiration for me starts with people. I’m naturally curious about what people care about, what they need, and what brings them together. A lot of my work is about making connections, connecting people to ideas, opportunities, and sometimes to each other. My background in hospitality and business development has taught me to listen, ask questions, and pay attention to what’s happening around me. I enjoy building relationships, finding opportunities, and helping our teams get in the room and win the work that brings great design to life.
