Evan Shaw, AIA — Evan has been with INVISION for 10 years and brings creativity, collaboration, and a thoughtful design approach to every project. His ability to build consensus while offering fresh ideas and unique visioning helps clients navigate the design process with confidence. Evan continually strives to find better solutions for client needs while maintaining a strong belief that projects should be beautiful, functional, and cost-effective. As a principal, Evan will continue supporting design excellence and fostering collaborative project environments that strengthen client relationships and project outcomes across the firm.
Hoàng Trần, AIA — Hoàng joined INVISION seven years ago and approaches design through working to compile a deep understanding of how people interact with the built environment. He believes meaningful spaces are shaped by the experiences and relationships people have within them. Through thoughtful research, detailed fact-finding, and a strong understanding of client and user needs, Hoàng develops innovative solutions to complex design challenges. As Principal and Des Moines, Iowa Studio Lead, he helps ensure a smooth and cohesive experience for the entire studio while continuing to advance thoughtful, research-driven design solutions that support both client goals and impactful user experiences.
Maggie Watkins, AIA — Maggie has been with INVISION for 13 years and brings exceptional collaboration and technical expertise to project teams across the firm. Her ability to work closely with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams adds value throughout the design process. Maggie’s early involvement in projects allows her to quickly create models that effectively communicate architectural and interior design concepts while supporting efficient project implementation through detailed construction documentation. As Principal and Waterloo, Iowa Studio Lead, she helps foster a cohesive and well-supported studio environment while continuing to mentor teams and advance high-quality project delivery through innovation, collaboration, and design leadership.
Steven Breslin, AIA — Steve joined INVISION 24 years ago and brings more than 30 years of experience in the design and management of governmental, healthcare, educational, and corporate projects. His broad multidisciplinary expertise and strong problem-solving abilities have helped deliver successful outcomes for clients across a wide range of project types. Steve is committed to providing thoughtful design solutions that meet project goals while delivering lasting value. As a principal, he will continue supporting strategic growth, client satisfaction, and project excellence across the firm.
