Josh brings 30 years of architectural leadership experience and a proven track record of building strong teams, guiding organizational growth, and creating lasting value for clients. Most recently, he served as Managing Principal of NOVUS Architects, leading the firm through significant growth before its successful integration into INVISION earlier this year.

While Josh’s experience is impressive, what stood out throughout the selection process was his leadership philosophy. He believes our greatest opportunity isn’t simply becoming larger. It’s becoming stronger together.

As INVISION continues to unite talented teams across our growing national footprint, Josh is focused on bringing together the best of every office, every discipline, and every legacy firm while preserving the relationships, culture, and client service that have always defined who we are.

Today, INVISION includes more than 250 professionals across 13 locations. Together with The HFW Companies, we’re continuing to build a national planning, architecture, and interior design practice while remaining committed to the responsive, relationship-driven service our clients have always expected.
