INVISION is continuing our strategic effort to implement a long-term leadership development plan. Recently, the Board recognized members of the studio for their continued efforts in advancing our firm and demonstrating INVISION’s core values. As we pursue our goal of enriching the lives of those we touch, our core values outline our design passion, trustworthy relationship integrity, our commitment to knowledge and innovation, and our studio culture. This holistic vision for the sustained betterment of our firm is rooted in each of these individuals’ well-rounded professional sphere of influence.
Associates are the largest and most professionally diverse group of leaders in our firm. While their specific professional crafts vary, each associate consistently offers project and team leadership, while building leadership qualities in those around them. We are pleased to announce the following associates: Abbey Huppenbauer, Angie Nees, and Heidi Willis.
Abbey, a registered interior designer, has been serving clients since 2013 and has been with INVISION since 2016. She enjoys working directly with clients to turn visions into reality, and she feels fortunate to have the opportunity to create and improve spaces that directly affect individuals’ health and welfare.
Angie, a registered interior designer, has been serving INVISION clients since 2005. Angie’s skills as a designer stem from her ability to communicate openly with clients and work creatively to meet their goals. Her decade plus of healthcare experience positions her to understand the unique needs of these specialized users. Angie also plays a strong role in our education market and serves as our Partner in Education lead.
Heidi, a recently licensed architect, joined INVISION in 2015 while receiving her Master in Architecture degree. Heidi’s passion for sustainability within design continues to be showcased throughout her projects and through the firm. Heidi brings her experience and knowledge to facilitate a collaborative process with clients and consultants to achieve thoughtful, thorough and meaningful project solutions.
