Danielle McCoy, NCIDQ, CDF — Danielle brings 18 years of experience across a wide range of market sectors, pairing strategic foresight with a deeply human-centered approach to design. She is passionate about understanding how people learn, work, and connect, translating those insights into thoughtful environments that support long-term client goals. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit strengthen every project and make her a trusted partner and valued member of every project team.
Lisa Chamberlin — Lisa joined INVISION 12 years ago and plays an essential role in keeping our studio operating at a high level. Her professionalism, organization, and reliability help support staff across the firm while contributing to a positive and collaborative office culture.
Ryan Smart, AIA — Ryan has been with INVISION for four years and brings a strong passion for design and client service to every project. His listening skills and ability to ask the right questions help uncover creative and thoughtful design solutions. His broad project experience and collaborative mindset bring added value to project teams and clients alike.
Tina Gray, CPSM — Tina has spent nine years leading INVISION’s marketing and business development efforts with dedication and strategic insight. She works closely with firm leadership to support proposals, communications, branding, business development, and long-term marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm and support future growth.
Steve Main — Steve has been with INVISION for 21 years and brings more than three decades of experience in project management, design, and development across a wide range of building types.
