This 13-story high-rise mixed-use project features eight floors of office space totaling 200,000 square-feet, five levels of parking accommodating 660 vehicles, and 20,000 square feet of retail space along Riverside Avenue and Forest Streets. INVISION provided Interiors, Architecture and Interior design services for the corporate headquarters of a major banking institution (name withheld at Owner’s request), occupying the top two floors with 50,000 square feet. The design reflects the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, blending functionality with a modern aesthetic. Open office areas are optimized for daylighting, while the layout maximizes usable workspace with over 60 private offices and 175 workstations. The resulting environment supports collaboration, productivity, and the dynamic culture of the organization. INVISION also provided the Interior Architecture and Design to all the Tenants/Partners in the Building including an Accounting Firm, Two Law Firms, Insurance Agency Corporate Office, a Professional Sports Agency and a Private Investment Firm.
