Stabile North and South Mayo Clinic

Jacksonville, FL

The Stabile North and South facilities at Mayo Clinic represent a multi-phase expansion that supports the institution’s continued leadership in medical research, innovation, and patient care. The project began with Phase I — a two-story, 42,000-SF renovation that transformed an existing high-bay warehouse into a dynamic administrative facility housing Mayo’s primary communication and data hub.

Phases II through IV introduced a new eight-story, 208,000-SF building designed with the flexibility to expand vertically to ten stories in the future. The facility accommodates a wide range of functions, including administrative offices, research laboratories, training and conference rooms, and a full-service dining area — creating a highly integrated and collaborative environment for Mayo’s staff and researchers.

With its forward-thinking design and phased approach, Stabile North and South exemplify Mayo Clinic’s commitment to long-term growth and innovation in both healthcare delivery and workplace design.
