Strang Chef Collective brought multiple chef-driven concepts together in a shared dining environment, offering guests a range of menus and cuisines within a single location. Located at Lightwell in downtown Kansas City, the restaurant was designed to serve tenants of the 20-story office tower as well as the surrounding business and residential community.
As the second Strang Chef Collective location, the space built on the established dining concept while responding to its setting within Lightwell. A clean, contemporary material palette complemented the adjacent building lobby, creating a natural connection between the two spaces. The layout took advantage of natural light while accommodating dining areas and the distinct culinary concepts operating within the restaurant.
