The Bombardier Capital facility represents the first phase of a planned multi-building corporate campus. Developed through a collaborative effort between Cooper Carry Architects and INVISION, the project began with a comprehensive schematic design for the shell building and continued through full tenant design and construction documentation by INVISION.
The headquarters housed Bombardier Capital’s Mortgage Division and included a computer center, dining and kitchen facilities, a fitness center, and extensive office operations space. Designed to support long-term growth, the project established a cohesive framework for future development while providing a contemporary, functional environment for the company’s expanding workforce.
