Southwood One marks the first office building within the Southwood Office Park, with INVISION providing full services including shell building design, construction documents, and construction administration. The building’s design was carefully crafted to complement the natural environment of Southwood while reinforcing the master-planned architectural character of the community. A thoughtfully composed exterior combines masonry, tilt-up concrete panels, and glass, creating a timeless and distinctive presence within the office park. The attention to materiality and detailing results in a refined, cohesive composition that supports both the functional needs of the building and the overarching aesthetic vision of Southwood Office Park.
