INVISION provided architecture and interior design services for the renovation of existing lower-level space at Lakeview Village, an assisted living community. The project introduced a new pub and dining facility with three billiards tables and a workout room to enhance resident amenities and everyday experiences. A key challenge was incorporating a functional kitchen into the basement, requiring coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
The pub’s bright atmosphere extends outdoors to a patio overlooking the pond, where residents can enjoy scenic views and access the walkway that circles the water. A retractable door connects the pub to the patio, allowing residents to approach from outside and order food and beverages without entering the building. Together, these features create an inviting destination for dining, recreation, and socializing while making the most of the surrounding landscape.
