The new two-story, 30,000-SF medical office building is paired with an attached five-level parking structure accommodating 835 vehicles.
Located at the heart of the Mayo Clinic campus, the Atrium Building features a dramatic atrium anchored by a monumental stair that welcomes patients, visitors, and staff. This light-filled space not only serves as the main entry to the Mayo Clinic Hospital but also transforms into a venue for major events and gatherings, reflecting Mayo’s commitment to community and collaboration.
The ground floor includes a restaurant and flexible spaces designed to adapt to future medical or support functions. Engineered for longevity, the structure was designed to expand vertically to four stories, ultimately providing more than 60,000 SF of space. The project’s shell building and garage, reinforces Mayo Clinic’s investment in innovative, patient-focused infrastructure.
