The Shorebreak Office Building serves as the new headquarters for Shoreline Equity Partners in Neptune Beach, Florida, blending contemporary coastal architecture with a refined corporate aesthetic. The three-story, build-to-suit facility features a ground-level parking structure with approximately 27,000 square feet of office space above, efficiently organized within the city’s 35-foot height restriction. A cast-in-place concrete structure allowed for reduced floor-to-floor heights while maintaining spacious, open interiors.
On the exterior, the design emphasizes a balance of precision and ease, mirroring the client’s professional identity and relaxed coastal sensibility. A series of vertical elements and cantilevered balconies create depth and rhythm, while the material palette of concrete, glass, and metal achieves a modern yet contextually grounded presence.
Inside, the minimalist interior design emphasizes openness and light. Polished concrete floors, exposed structural components, and full-height glass walls establish a sense of transparency and clarity, contrasted by the warmth of wood-paneled walls and ceilings. The result is a space that feels both sophisticated and approachable, an authentic reflection of Shoreline Equity Partners’ brand and culture.
