Spectrum sought a headquarters that would reflect the quality and character of its retirement communities through a refined, classically influenced interior. Natural materials, subtle colors, and layered textures establish a warm, sophisticated workplace while reinforcing the company’s residential and hospitality-focused identity.
A strong central axis organizes the floor plan, creating a natural division of the workplace with core functions and collaboration spaces positioned along its length. Full-height glass at perimeter offices and shared spaces allows natural light to extend deeper into the workplace while maintaining views to the surrounding mountains.
Collaboration areas positioned along the perimeter give employees greater access to daylight and expansive views, turning some of the building’s most desirable locations into shared spaces rather than limiting them to private offices.
