Like its companion building, it utilizes exterior tilt-up concrete panels for strength and cost-effective construction capable of withstanding 144 mph hurricane winds.
The interior design centers on collaboration and flexibility, featuring large, column-free workspaces with 10-foot ceiling heights that encourage openness and connection. Specialty amenities include adaptable training and meeting spaces with integrated audiovisual systems and seating for up to 270 participants, a fitness and wellness center with full locker room facilities, a health clinic, and a full-service kitchen and dining area accommodating 165 people. Additional features such as café and break areas on each floor, a central IT Network Center with 24⁄7 cooling and UPS backup, and executive offices with a boardroom reflect a holistic approach to workplace design — one that prioritizes comfort, efficiency, and resilience for Web.com’s growing team.
