Since 1983, the firm has provided design services to the Division of Facilities Management Design & Construction on more than 20 projects, representing $40 million in completed construction. Assignments have included building evaluations, renovations, restorations, additions, new construction, and program management. Services provided span master planning, architecture, construction management as advisor, interior design, and furnishings selection. Previously, the firm served as architect for the $5.5 million exterior renovation and roof replacement of the Truman State Office Building in Jefferson City. The firm also held a two-year indefinite delivery contract for on-call architectural and engineering services, the second such contract awarded.
