Capitol Federal Hall reflects the entrepreneurial focus of the University of Kansas School of Business through a building organized around connection between students, faculty, and academic programs. Its form and interior organization depart from a traditional classroom model, creating opportunities for learning and interaction throughout the building.
The 166,500 SF facility includes 21 classrooms, a 350-seat auditorium, and more than 25 spaces for group work and informal gathering. Flexible rooms and movable furniture allow spaces to adapt to different teaching and learning needs, while a four-story central atrium provides visual connections across floors and serves as the organizational center of the building.
Together, classrooms, shared spaces, and circulation areas extend learning beyond scheduled instruction and create more opportunities for students and faculty to meet, exchange ideas, and engage with the broader School of Business community.
