The design team is providing an array of services for the University of Kansas under an On-Call Architectural Services contract including Historic Preservation, Interior Design, Architecture, and Construction Administration. We are designing
and managing a large range of projects both in size and complexity. Exterior projects have included masonry restoration, roof replacements, building expansions, and other improvements. Interior projects have included refresh of spaces as well as new offices, lounges, classrooms and labs. For select departments, we also provide renderings and cost estimates to support budget planning and fundraising efforts. Across every project, we deliver informed solutions that enhance safety, comfort, and operations while supporting the University’s long term goals.
