CommunityAmerica - Leavenworth Branch

Leavenworth, KS

CommunityAmerica’s Leavenworth branch builds on an established prototype with a smaller, more efficient footprint, an updated material palette, and a lobby organized to support both personal service and self-service banking. The project was developed concurrently with a branch in Grandview, Missouri, with the two buildings designed as mirrored versions of one another to respond to their respective sites.

The reduced footprint required a more efficient back-of-house layout and the placement of mechanical equipment on the roof, helping maximize usable interior space while managing project costs. On the exterior, curved brick, a prominent white tower, and wood-look fiber cement carry forward recognizable elements used throughout CommunityAmerica’s branch network.

Inside, the open lobby provides areas for informal interaction, self-service transactions, and private conversations, adapting the established branch model to CommunityAmerica’s evolving approach to member service.
