USNR, the world’s leading supplier of equipment and technologies for the wood and sawmill industry, expanded its U.S. operations with the development of a major new manufacturing and administrative facility in Jacksonville. The 169,400-SF retrofit transformed an existing high-bay tilt-up warehouse from the 1980s into one of USNR’s largest and most advanced production centers.
The project includes a newly constructed 22,400-SF, two-story administration building that houses engineering, finance, marketing, and management teams, creating a collaborative hub adjacent to the primary manufacturing floor. The 147,000-SF production area is fully air-conditioned and supports the company’s complete “end-to-end” equipment manufacturing process for sawmills and planermills.
INVISION’s comprehensive architectural, engineering, and interior design services focused on optimizing workflow, enhancing efficiency, and creating a cohesive connection between the corporate and industrial environments — reflecting USNR’s commitment to precision, innovation, and operational excellence.
